Dual-Winged Intervention for Screen Time Regulation in Early Childhood

This eTwinning project aims to reduce screen time for preschool children and to support their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Throughout the project, children were encouraged to participate in screen-free activities such as play, art, movement, nature exploration, and social interaction instead of using digital devices.Teachers and parents worked collaboratively to observe children’s daily screen habits, plan alternative screen-free activities, and implement them together. At the end of the project, a decrease in screen time and an improvement in children’s social communication and creativity were observed.
