This eTwinning project aims to reduce screen time for
preschool children and to support their cognitive, social, and emotional
development. Throughout the project, children were encouraged to participate in
screen-free activities such as play, art, movement, nature exploration, and
social interaction instead of using digital devices.Teachers and parents worked
collaboratively to observe children’s daily screen habits, plan alternative
screen-free activities, and implement them together. At the end of the project,
a decrease in screen time and an improvement in children’s social communication
and creativity were observed.
